Competition Days for 2019 CWG Long Track are:

  • Saturday, February 16th
  • Sunday, February 17th
  • Tuesday, February 19th
  • Wednesday, February 20th
  • [Thursday and Friday, February 21st and 22nd are contingency days for weather delays]

The 2019 Canada Winter Games (CWG) Long Track Event will be hosted at Setters Place Oval in Great Chief Park, Red Deer Alberta.

  • Of note: the 2019 CWG LT Event allows for first-year Neo-Seniors to compete (different than ST, which allows only ISU Junior-aged athletes to compete)
  • Also, there is a conflict with the World Junior LT Championships, so athletes competing at that competition may not also compete for Team Alberta at CWG (i.e. Connor Howe, Jack Deibert and Frank Roth); this is also different from ST, which does not include a conflict of events
