Speed Skating Alberta AB INTERCLUB TRAINING SESSIONS

Ages: 9+
Cost: $12.00/session

ALL skaters from ALL clubs are welcome to join in this session along with their club coaches. SSA will provide a Lead Coach.

The intent of these additional ice sessions is to increase ice access, create robust training groups and to foster interclub networking and support.

We have included a comprehensive pre-ice session to develop general and specific conditioning and technical skills (ie: cables, sport specific speed skating exercises).

10:30-12:00 Short Track Ice
