Lethbridge Speed Skating Association invites you to come race with us!
We're hosting our second annual Bridge Bolt Short Track Meet, to once again be held at the beautiful ATB Centre in West Lethbridge. The Bolt has been designated as the second of two chances for Alberta skaters to qualify for Team Alberta for the upcoming 2019 Canada West Short Track Championships, so we're anticipating a strong field, especially in the T2T age groups.
The meet will be split over two days, with the Open, Active Start, FunD and L2T groups skating in the mornings and the T2T skaters racing in the afternoons. The schedule is still being determined, but please see the meet announcement for details regarding the various races each group will skate.
We will definitely need some help with volunteers, as the split days requires additional helpers. I've included the link to our volunteer signup in the announcement, and also here:

Since this is an Alberta Canada West qualifier, registration will be staggered. Only Alberta skaters may register until February 7th. The system will open up to other provinces on February 8th for any remaining available spots, first come first serve.
