Lloydminster Border Blades Short Track Meet Fire on Ice XVII

‍Greetings from the Lloydminster Border Blades Speed Skating Club!

We are writing to announce our upcoming SSA sanctioned short track ability meet scheduled for Saturday, December 4th, 2021 at the Servus Sports Centre, 5212 12th Street, Lloydminster, AB.

This will be an ability meet for all ages, cradles to masters.  The cradle division will run just before or during our lunch break. We will also be holding a relay race to qualified teams.

We ask that all fees be paid by a club cheque only, payable to the Lloydminster Border Blades.

Entry Fees are $40.00 per skater

$10 active start not skating in main competition(cradles)

ENTRY  LIMITED  TO  FIRST  110  SKATERS

Estimated Times

Coaches’ meeting 7:10 a.m. on Saturday

Warm-ups 7:30-8:10

Races start at 8:30 a.m.

Active Start (Cradles) skaters will race between approximately 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
